BB Imaging seeks an experienced MFM Sonographer to lead implementations and launch new clinics nationwide while maintaining excellence in patient care.

You will drive onsite training, shape workflows, and partner with clinical teams to ensure long-term success across varied sites. This role combines clinical depth with operational impact and requires travel across assignments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MFM sonography experience.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with an OB/GYN specialty.
• Fetal echocardiogram (FE) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MFM sonography.
• Lead onsite implementation support and training (1–13 week assignments).
• Plan workflows with pre-launch teams and assess clinical needs.
• Onboard and mentor new sonographers at client sites.
• Document progress and share post-launch insights.
• Provide coverage as needed.
• Deliver consistent patient and client experience.

As an Implementation MFM Sonographer, you’ll play a critical role in launching new sites across the country. You’ll lead onsite training, shape workflows, and set clinical teams up for long-term success—all while continuing to deliver high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-quality sonographic procedures
• Lead onsite implementation support (1–13 week assignments)
• Partner in pre-launch planning to assess workflows and clinical needs
• Train and onboard new sonographers at client sites
• Track progress and documentation throughout each implementation
• Share post-launch insights (scan volumes, workflows, provider preferences)
• Step in for short-term coverage when needed
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality patient and client experience

Is This You?

• 2+ years of MFM sonography experience
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with an OB/GYNspecialty
• Registered in Fetal Echocardiogram (FE), preferred
• Credentialed in Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, and Cervical Length
• Tech‑savvy, adaptable, and quick to problem-solve in varied clinical settings
• Knowledgeable of anatomy, medical terminology, and applied ultrasound physics for OBspecialty
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability across environments
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
• Comfort navigating new Teams, workflows, and technology
• A steady, patient-first approach—especially in fast-moving situations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future
