Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Kingwood, West Virginia. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient goals.

The role offers 40 hours per week, daytime shifts, and comprehensive benefits; travel healthcare experience is preferred but new grads are welcome to apply. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association / ARC).
• Preferred: CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluation findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers to improve outcomes.
• Document progress in the EMR and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on strategies and home exercises.
