Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Irving, Texas. This role offers a 40-hour workweek, day shifts, and a travel employment arrangement with comprehensive benefits and support from a specialized clinical team.

Qualified candidates will hold a Texas SLP license (or eligibility), current BLS, and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with CCC-SLP preferred. New grads are welcome to apply. Start date is 11/23/2026.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Texas or eligible for licensure
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP preferred; licensure and certifications may vary by assignment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse ages
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and progress notes
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy plans and home exercises
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
• Ensure infection control and safety standards during therapy sessions
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality assurance
