Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or equivalent.
• Current TX SLP license and CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• BLS certification and eligibility for travel assignments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs with goals.
• Document progress in EMR and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on strategies and home programs.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support communication outcomes.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout therapy.
• Participate in quality assurance and ongoing professional development.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice as assigned.
