Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment at a facility in Coldwater, OH. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in the state of practice and active license
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Experience with evaluation and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders across age groups

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and communicate with care teams.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
