MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Mount Vernon, Ohio. The role involves assessing patients, delivering speech-language pathology services, and supporting swallowing safety. 40 hours per week, dayshift, travel position.

Required are state licensure as an SLP or in process, an MS in Speech-Language Pathology, CCCs, CPR, and at least one year of experience. Private housing or allowance and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist/SLP or in the licensure process.
• At least one year of professional working experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have CCCs.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

Responsabilités

• Assess referred patients requiring speech, hearing or language treatment.
• Teach patients to produce sounds, improve voice, or enhance language skills and communication.
• Help strengthen swallowing muscles or use compensatory strategies to prevent choking.
