Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Kinston, North Carolina. The role involves evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders across ages, with a focus on evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.

The SLP will work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts during daytime hours, and will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology; CCC-SLP preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Document progress in the EMR and communicate with care teams.
