Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Fayetteville, NC. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, working in varied settings with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

Valid SLP license per state regulations.
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

Evaluate speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders across ages.
Design and implement personalized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals.
Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress in the EMR.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercises and strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
Maintain safety and infection control during therapy sessions.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
