Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is actively seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Hamlet, NC. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders for a diverse patient population, with a focus on outcomes and family education.

Travel opportunity includes joining a dedicated clinical team, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and schedule of 40 hours per week across day shifts. Licensure and certifications must be current, with CPR/BLS on hand.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in NC per state regulations.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology and CCC-SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Document progress in electronic medical records and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and strategies.
