Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13‑week travel assignment in Marshall, MI. The role involves evaluating and treating speech and swallowing disorders, with a 36‑hour work week on 12‑hour days, collaborating with a clinical team to deliver patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology; CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on strategies, home exercises, and safe swallowing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
