Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri. The role requires 40 hours per week with day shifts, and offers comprehensive benefits supported by a dedicated clinical team.

You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse settings, develop individualized therapy plans, and document progress in the EMR while coordinating with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher of Speech Language Pathology preferred.
• CCC-SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in patients across ages.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain safe environment and adhere to infection control and regulatory standards.
