Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Saint Louis, MO. The role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and the opportunity to impact patients’ communication and swallowing abilities across multiple settings.

You’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat diverse disorders, develop individualized therapy plans, document progress in the EMR, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Missouri
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in speech-language pathology; new grads welcome

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across ages
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and goals
• Document progress accurately in the EMR and adjust plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and home exercises
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Maintain infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement
