Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 12-week travel assignment in Springfield, MO. The role involves evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders across ages, with a supportive clinical team and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license in Missouri or eligible for Missouri
• CCC-SLP certification preferred
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• BLS certification current and maintained

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Utilize standardized assessments and documentation in EMR
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans and home programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during sessions
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement
