Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Broken Arrow, OK. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, developing individualized plans with measurable goals.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• CCC-SLP certification strongly preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, voice, fluency and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.
• Design individualized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Document progress in the EMR with accuracy and timeliness.
• Educate patients and families on home practice and safety in swallowing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety during therapy sessions.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and quality improvement activities.
