Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Purcell, OK. The role involves evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders across ages, with collaboration from a clinical team and a travel-friendly benefit package.

The position requires a valid SLP license, current BLS, and, ideally, CCC-SLP certification and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. New grads welcome to apply and travel-friendly benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology requested.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology requested.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and goals.
• Document progress and maintain EMR records accurately.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and safe swallowing practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain safety and infection control during therapy sessions.
• Engage in professional development and quality assurance activities.
