Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Purcell, OK. The SLP will assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, delivering individualized therapy plans and documenting progress in the EMR.

You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, provide caregiver education, and uphold infection control and safety standards while receiving competitive pay and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• SLP license valid per state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Familiarity with EHR and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders using standardized assessments.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and safe swallowing practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy sessions.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities.
