Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Athens, TX. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, designing individualized therapy plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Required licensure and BLS certification apply; Master’s degree and CCC-SLP are preferred. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and travel support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Document progress in EMR and communicate with care teams.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
