Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Travel SNF Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support patient recovery across diverse facilities nationwide. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence during travel assignments.

The role requires an associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and commonly BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree in Physical Therapy and be licensed in the state.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Active state license is required for practice.
