Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities across locations. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients regain mobility and reduce pain while maintaining high standards of care.

The role requires an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and ideally BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to improve mobility, comfort, and activity levels.
• Provide therapy services during an 8-hour shift to support patient recovery and rehabilitation.
