Job summary

MAC Safety is seeking a full-time safety professional to develop and execute health and safety plans for multiple construction sites. The role oversees contractors, enforces safety policies, and trains staff on prevention and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of safety experience, construction/automotive exposure, and an OSHA certification set. Travel and standard benefits are offered, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30, 510 and 500 certifications required or preferred.
• 3-7 years safety experience; construction and automotive safety experience preferred.
• College degree or relative job experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute health and safety plans/training in the workplace.
• Enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
• Conduct training and presentations on health and safety and accident prevention.
• Inspect equipment and machinery for unsafe conditions.
• Investigate accidents or incidents and recommend preventive measures.
• Prepare safety permits and approvals.
• Provide professional safety expertise.
