Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience within a quality-focused environment is required.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a site or lead a team of Site Leaders.
• Ensure quality services and compliance with customer guidelines.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and site personnel.
• Set up and supervise missions and staffing.
• Train and validate inspectors and coordinate mission changes.
• Maintain audit trails, verify nonconforming items, and ensure safety compliance.
