Job summary

The Hertz Corporation is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Associate in the United States. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver world-class customer service and professionally sell Hertz products to meet travel and insurance replacement needs.

Wages are $17.50/hr with full-time opportunities offering benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and employee discounts. Responsibilities include driving sales, maximizing revenue, assisting customers with rentals

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and offer ancillary products to enhance travel experiences.
• Sell Hertz products and services to meet customer needs and maximize revenue.
• Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives.
• Provide fast, friendly service and assist with rentals and reservations.
• Convert phone inquiries into reservations and bookings.
• Listen to customers, identify needs, and deliver a positive service experience.
• Solicit additional bookings after rate quotes and handle objections to placement of reservations.
• Assist customers with post-rental inquiries related to rentals and billing.
