Amergis is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel assignment in Greenfield, CA. The role involves evaluating students and delivering therapy services under the plan of care and physician orders.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of assignment required.
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs student evaluations and provides therapy services in accordance with the plan of care.
• Documents therapy sessions and progress notes.
• Adheres to physician orders and contract requirements.
