Job summary

Amergis is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel assignment in North Highlands, CA. The role involves evaluating students and delivering documented therapy according to the individualized plan of care and physician orders.

Minimum requirements include active state licensure as an SLP and CCC-SLP certification as preferred. CPR, health certificate, TB test, and compliance with regulations are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations and provide and document therapy services in accordance with the plan of care and physician orders.
