Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based roles. You will evaluate students and provide and document therapy services per each student’s plan of care and physician orders. Pay rate is $65.00/hr.

Travel packages are available for qualified candidates. Active State licensure as an SLP is required in the assignment state. CCC-SLP certification is preferred and may be required by state or contract.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in the assignment state.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred and may be required by contract.
• Complies with professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations in the school setting.
• Provide and document therapy services per each student’s plan of care and physician orders.
