AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Retail Travel Agent to craft unforgettable travel experiences and provide world‑class service. You will leverage your travel knowledge to design itineraries, educate clients on AAA benefits, and build lasting relationships with customers.

The role offers structured training, growth paths, and a schedule Monday–Friday with no Sundays. Base pay ranges with incentives, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to earn through performance.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; CTA within two years of hire (company covers cost).
• Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience; 1 year in retail/leisure travel preferred.

Aufgaben

• Craft unforgettable domestic and international travel experiences (cruises, tours, flights, hotels).
• Use personal travel experiences to inspire clients and guide decisions.
• Build long-term relationships and turn first-time clients into loyal travelers.
• Process bookings, payments, and travel documents per ARC, DOT, and AAA policies.
• Educate clients on AAA benefits and exclusive perks.
• Attend promotional events, training, and familiarization trips.
