Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; CTA certification required within two years.
• Minimum 1 year of retail travel experience or equivalent travel experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and web-based applications; geography knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Craft domestic and international travel experiences for clients.
• Use personal travel experiences to guide clients.
• Build long-term relationships and convert first-time clients into loyal travelers.
• Process bookings, payments, and travel documentation while complying with ARC, DOT, and AAA policies.
• Educate clients on AAA benefits and credit card perks.
• Attend promotional events and trainings to stay current.
