AAA Club Alliance in Akron is seeking a Retail Travel Associate to craft memorable domestic and international travel experiences, guided by your own travel adventures to inspire clients and build lasting relationships. You’ll leverage AAA’s travel strategy to meet sales goals and provide world-class service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or travel school preferred.
• CTA designation to be completed within two years; company funds program and testing.
• Experience: 1 year retail/travel agent preferred; strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and web-based applications.
• Satisfactory background checks as required by policy.
