The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a full-time in-office Travel Sales Specialist in Charlotte, NC. You will drive revenue growth by selling a broad portfolio of travel, membership, and financial products to AAA members, delivering consultative service and end-to-end travel planning.

You will work with tools and leads to meet sales goals, build lasting customer relationships, and provide exceptional experiences. Overtime is non-exempt and benefits are comprehensive.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year business to consumer sales.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new sales and grow the book of business across travel, membership, and financial products.
• Establish and grow relationships with AAA Members to maximize benefits and drive repeat travel bookings.
• Achieve assigned travel, membership, and credit card sales goals.
• Prepare complex domestic and international travel packages and complete reservations.
• Utilize the AAA lead system and digital tools to grow client base.
