Job summary

Keller is seeking a dedicated HSEQ Coordinator for Field Services to support safety on projects across the United States and potentially Canada. The role involves working with the Business Unit Safety Team and project crews to promote a safe, compliant work environment. Relocation is not required, and continuous travel is expected.

Candidates can be based anywhere in the United States. This is a full-time field position with a heavy travel requirement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• CSP/CHST/OSHT certifications preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 3–5 years of construction safety experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and travel documentation.
• Willingness for continuous, year-round travel.
• Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing safety and environmental hazard activities for projects.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections as directed by Safety Manager.
• Report inspection results and assist with corrective action planning.
• Acquire resources to close out corrective actions as needed.
• Follow up on inspections to ensure closure of non-compliant items.
• Facilitate employee training on safety topics.
• Assist in development and enforcement of safety policies and procedures.
