Job summary

Keller is seeking a dedicated and proactive HSEQ Coordinator for field services, willing to travel across the United States and possibly Canada to support safety on multiple projects. This full-time role collaborates with the Business Unit Safety Team to promote a safe, compliant work environment.

Relocation is not required, and candidates may be based anywhere in the United States. This heavy travel position emphasizes directing safety activities, conducting inspections, and enforcing company

Qualifications

• CSP, CHST, OSHT or other accredited designations preferred.
• 3–5 years of construction safety experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel continuously.

Responsibilities

• Direct safety and environmental hazard activities for projects as directed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and report results.
• Assist with corrective action planning and resource acquisition to close actions.
• Follow up on inspections to close unsafe or non-compliant items.
• Facilitate employee training on safety and environmental topics.
• Develop, implement, and enforce company safety policies.

Keller is seeking a dedicated and proactive HSEQ Coordinator who is willing to travel all over the United States and possibly Canada to provide fulltime safety support on a variety of projects. In this hands-on role, you will work directly with the Business Unit Safety Team and project crews to promote a safe and compliant work environment. Relocation is not required. Candidates can be based anywhere in the United States. This is a heavy travel position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing safety and environmental hazard activities for a project(s).
• Support the project team in ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections as directed by the Business Unit Safety Manager over the project.
• Report inspection results to the Business Unit Safety Manager over the project and assist with corrective action planning.
• Acquire necessary resources to close out corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct and follow up on safety inspections to ensure closure of unsafe, defective, or non-compliant items.
• Facilitate employee training on various safety and environmental topics as required.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• CSP, CHST, OSHT, and other accredited professional designations are preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of construction safety experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and travel documentation
• Available for continuous, year-round project travel.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $75,000 to $100,000 per year, DOE

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
