Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night shift position at a Level II Trauma Center teaching hospital in Mount Clemens, Michigan. The assignment lasts 13 weeks with 36 hours weekly, offering 12-hour nights (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) for a travel role requiring 2+ years of RRT experience.

The position involves care in emergency, ICU, and therapeutic settings; applicants must be proficient with ventilators and EKGs and hold an MI license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RRT experience required.
• Comfortable with ventilators and EKGs.
• Active MI state license required; compact license not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care in emergency, ICU and therapeutic settings.
• Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment; participate in QA activities.
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 6:30 PM–7:00 AM; 3x12hrs per week.
• No on-call requirements; 13-week assignment length.
