The RN will provide direct clinical care and lead patient care staff, ensuring high standards and continuity of care. Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid and unencumbered driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of care.
• Utilize the nursing process in delivering patient care.
• Visit residents daily to observe and evaluate their status.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations.
• Perform administrative duties as necessary.
