Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse to support short- and long-term assignments across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky. The RN serves as a Team Leader, delivering high-quality clinical care and guiding patient care staff.

The role requires adaptability and a current RN license with CPR. Travel, housing support, and a strong benefits package accompany weekly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 3–5 years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Valid and unencumbered driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure proper administration of medications and treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning, and patient care conferences.
• Use the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity from admission to discharge.
• Visit residents daily to observe status and notify the charge nurse or physician of changes in condition.
• Identify problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures if no physician is available.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as needed.
