American Traveler is seeking a Night Shift RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Kentucky. Requires 2 years of med-surg telemetry experience and KY or compact RN licensure.

The role involves 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00-07:30), a 13-week assignment, and floating within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate. Oncology telemetry focus with potential winter holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Active KY or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• EKG exam certification required.
• ONS/ONCC certification preferred.
• 2 years of med-surg telemetry experience required.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Chemo certification preferred but not required.
• Skilled in cardiac monitoring, emergency response, and interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• Clean license history required with no prior licensure hits.

Responsabilités

• Progressive/Acute Oncology telemetry unit.
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00-7:30.
• 13-week assignment length.
• Floating required within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospital.
• Provide telemetry nursing care within an oncology patient population.
• Expected to work some winter holidays.
• Candidates must disclose all requested time off (RTO) at time of consideration, as requests made after offer will not be approved.
• Local candidates residing within 100 miles are not accepted.
• Former UK-affiliated staff must have a 6-month gap before returning as a traveler.
