Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking a Night Shift RN for Telemetry in New Albany, Indiana. This 32-bed Observation Unit will operate on a 12-hour night schedule with 36 hours per week, typically 3 nights per week. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with a start date around Oct 5, 2026.

No experience is required, but an active IN or compact RN license, BLS, and ACLS are required. ADN or ASN is required; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license (IN or compact) required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document per hospital policy.
• Coordinate admission, transfer, and discharge activities including discharge teaching.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care and education.
• Set priorities for care based on acuity and delegate tasks to team members.
• Engage in unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
