Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Zanesville, OH. The RN will cover 3x12-hour night shifts in the Observation Unit, with float coverage to Med-Surg and possibly ED.

Requirements include an active Ohio RN license, BLS and ACLS, and Epic EMR proficiency. Telemetry interpretation and strong clinical assessment skills are essential to monitor patients and coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of Telemetry/Med-Surg nursing experience.
• Proficiency in Epic EMR and ability to read Telemetry data.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on the 1S Observation Unit with telemetry monitoring.
• Read and interpret telemetry data; document in Epic EMR; administer medications and therapies.
• Conduct frequent patient assessments, manage IV therapy, wound care, and med-surg tasks.
