Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry/Med Surg travel RN for a 13-week assignment in Newburgh, Indiana. The role offers 36 hours per week, with a 12-hour night shift, and requires a strong acute care background to support telemetry monitoring and patient care.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and hold ACLS and BLS certifications. NIH may be required; travel nurses must be comfortable with ECG monitoring, data interpretation, and collaborating with the medical team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care nursing experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications; NIH may be required per facility.
• RN licensure in good standing and eligible to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and monitor telemetry equipment.
• Interpret telemetry data and notify medical team of abnormalities.
• Maintain patient safety and document care accordingly.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Telemetry RN role.
