Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry unit on the night shift (Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week) in Indiana. Requires NIHSS certification and prior acute inpatient RN experience. Active IN or Compact license and BLS are mandatory. Epic EMR experience is required.

Assignment length is 15 weeks with 36 hours per week and possible weekend work. Reimbursement details include weekly pay of $2,398 with additional stipends as outlined in the posting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand.
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of acute inpatient RN experience required.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, care planning, and evaluation of clinical interventions.
• Provide patient and family education specific to care needs and discharge planning.
• Delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff, mentoring teammates.
• Support teamwork, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance efforts.
