Job summary

Atlas MedStaff is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week travel contract in Shelby, North Carolina on a Med/Surg/Tele unit. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, caring for an average census of 32 patients with stroke, respiratory illnesses, renal failure, and wound care.

Expect to interpret cardiac rhythms, manage non-titrating drips, perform wound and drain management, and collaborate with a diverse care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 18 months Med/Surg/Tele experience.
• Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and manage non-titrating drips.

Responsibilities

• Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage non-titrating cardiac drips.
• Perform wound and drain management.
• Collaborate with charge nurses, CNAs, phlebotomists, and telemetry techs.
• Provide bedside care on Med/Surg/Tele unit during a 13-week travel assignment.
