- Medical Surgical Combination unit within an acute care hospital
- Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM

- Facility offers surgical services, a 24-hour Emergency Department, ICU, and specialty care including Orthopedics, Spine, and Cardiac Catheterization
- Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
