Job summary
American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg Tele unit in Raleigh, NC. The role requires 2+ years of telemetry experience and an active NC or Compact RN license. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required, and Epic EMR experience is preferred.
The full-time assignment runs 13 weeks with 3x12-hour day shifts and every other weekend. Compensation includes a weekly pay of $2,009 with additional stipends and per diem details as described by the facility.

- Med/Surg Tele unit within a hospital setting
- Full-time schedule of 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM-7:30 PM)
- Every other weekend required
- No blocked scheduling available
- Uses Epic charting system
- Bi-weekly orientations
- Active NC or Compact RN license required in hand
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- 2+ years of Med/Surg Tele nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- One supervisory professional reference from within the last year required
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Provide nursing care to Med/Surg telemetry patients
- Scrub color requirement: Galaxy Blue or Royal Blue
- Thanksgiving RTO will not be approved for this unit
- Flu vaccine required during flu season (10/31-3/31) with no exemptions
- Local candidates accepted within 75 miles at a reduced rate
