American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Telemetry RN for a night shift position in Indiana. Requires 2+ years of acute inpatient telemetry experience and active IN or Compact RN license, with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Night shifts from 6:45pm to 7:15am and weekend coverage as needed. Candidates should have a Nursing Diploma or ASN and may benefit from experience in critical access hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (IN or Compact)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of acute inpatient telemetry RN experience
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required
• Critical access hospital experience a plus

Responsabilités

• Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift from 6:45pm to 7:15am
• Every other weekend required per unit need
• 36 hours per week across 3 twelve-hour shifts
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care
• Delegates tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff and functions as a mentor/preceptor
• Participates in quality, safety, and service process improvement efforts
• Provides patient and family education specific to care, treatment, and discharge needs
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support patient and family needs
