Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Spokane, Washington. The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN will provide specialized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, manage cardiac drips and vasoactive medications, and monitor patient conditions through advanced telemetry.

This is a travel assignment with Night shifts, 36 hours per week, starting 10/05/2026 and ending 01/04/2027.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license; compact licenses accepted.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with cardiac telemetry and vasoactive drips.
• Experience with Epic charting system.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Manage cardiac drips and vasoactive medications.
• Monitor patient conditions via telemetry and telemetry-based monitoring.
