Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel assignment in Morgantown, West Virginia. The position requires 18 months of Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience, a current RN license, and BLS certification.

The assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift. MedPro provides housing options, health benefits, travel reimbursements, and a comprehensive support team to assist throughout the contract.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• 18+ months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience.
• Additional client facility requirements to be determined.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and changes using the nursing process.
• Document care plans with nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about care.
• Revise care plans as patient conditions change.
