Job summary

Malone Healthcare Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a position in Morgantown, West Virginia. This role requires managing diverse medical patients while adhering to specific nurse:patient ratios. Applicants must have Epic experience and be prepared for a 12-hour night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with handling 6 patients (med-surg) or 3 patients (stepdown).
• Must be able to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in step-down nursing with capacity to manage diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for a diverse patient population in step-down/med-surg unit.
• Manage patients’ medications including titration of drips as per orders.
• Collaborate with charge nurses and clinical associates to ensure quality care.
