Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Morgantown, West Virginia. You will deliver care to patients transitioning from ICU, monitor telemetry, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective treatment.

The role requires a current RN license, BLS, ACLS, and at least one year of stepdown experience. Expect 12-hour night shifts, 48 hours per week, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors cardiac rhythms and vital signs and responds to abnormalities.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments with emphasis on cardiac care.
• Aids physician during cardiac procedures and examinations.
• Maintains telemetry patient comfort and safety.
• Documents patient status and notifies supervisor or physician as needed.
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
