Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Rehabilitation Hospital on the Night shift. This 13-week travel assignment offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights, and a focus on helping patients regain independence after significant medical events.

The RN will work with an interdisciplinary team, develop care plans, administer medications, and participate in rehab technology applications. ACLS/BLS/NIHSS required; Epic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for effectiveness and side effects.
• Manage patient care for a caseload of 1:7, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Assist with advanced rehabilitation technologies and evidence-based practices.
• Educate and involve families in the recovery process to support patient outcomes.
• Float to long-term acute care or other units as needed, managing med-surg patients.
