Job summary
ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN with a Rehabilitation specialty for a 13-week assignment in Lynchburg, Virginia. This travel position requires a current Virginia RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year in inpatient rehab, with Cerner EHR experience preferred.
Schedule is 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, ASAP start. You will work within a transdisciplinary team focused on patient recovery from strokes and orthopedic injuries, with travel reimbursement and housing assistance provided where
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Virginia.
- BLS certification required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Experience with Cerner EHR strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to rehabilitation patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Cerner EHR.
