American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Inpatient Rehab unit in Texas. Requires a TX or compact RN license, BLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years RN experience. Inpatient Rehab experience is preferred and primary source verification must be completed within 30 days prior to start.

The position is a 13-week assignment in a 15-bed unit with shifts from 06:45 to 19:15. Local candidates may be offered a reduced rate based on distance from the facility.

Qualifications

• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
• Current license and primary source verification (Nursys) required within 30 days prior to start

Responsibilities

• Work in a 15-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation unit within a Post Acute-Acute Rehabilitation setting
• 13-week assignment
• Shift hours from 06:45 to 19:15
• Provide direct patient care, implement care plans, and coordinate discharge planning
• Responsible for coordinating discharge needs and implementing individualized care plans
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from the facility
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
